Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for fleet operators and PCO-licensed drivers interested in joining the GMH chauffeur partner network across the UK.

Who can become a GMH chauffeur partner?

GMH partners with licensed fleet operators and PCO-licensed chauffeurs across the United Kingdom. You can join as a sole operator with one vehicle or as a multi-vehicle fleet. All operators must hold the relevant private-hire or chauffeur licence for their area and maintain valid insurance and vehicle documentation.

What vehicle requirements do GMH partners need to meet?

Vehicles must be in excellent condition, professionally presented, and suitable for executive chauffeur work. Approved colours are typically black or dark neutral, and vehicles must meet our minimum year requirement. We accept a range of premium saloons, estates, and MPVs subject to local fleet standards.

Which documents are required to register as a partner?

You will need a valid UK driving licence, chauffeur or private-hire licence (such as a PCO licence in London), vehicle registration documents, insurance certificate, MOT or equivalent roadworthiness certificate, and company registration details if you operate as a business.

How does the GMH partner sign-up process work?

First, complete the online partner registration form with your business and contact details. Next, upload your vehicle and chauffeur documents for review. Once approved, your account is activated and you can start receiving premium ride offers through the partner dashboard.

Where does GMH operate?

GMH operates across the United Kingdom, with strong coverage in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Liverpool, Bristol, Edinburgh, Cardiff, and many other cities. Our network continues to expand as new partners join.

How do partner payments and settlements work?

Partners track earnings, statements, and payouts in real time through the GMH partner dashboard. Settlements are transparent, so what you earn is what you see, with no opaque deductions.

Is there a cost to join the GMH partner network?

There is no upfront joining fee to register as a GMH partner. Once you are active and accepting bookings, our commission structure is clearly shown in your partner agreement and dashboard.

Can I manage multiple chauffeurs and vehicles in one account?

Yes. The GMH partner dashboard is built for fleet operators of any size. You can add chauffeurs, upload their documents, register vehicles, track compliance, and assign jobs from a single account.

What types of bookings do GMH partners receive?

Partners receive premium ride offers including airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly hire, multi-stop journeys, event transportation, and long-distance private hire across the UK.

How do I get help after I join?

Active partners have access to in-app support, help panels, and email assistance. You can also reach our partner team at info@gmhire.co.uk for account or compliance questions.
