1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the GMH Partner portal, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal or submit an application.
2. Partner eligibility
To become a partner you must be a licensed private-hire operator or chauffeur in the United Kingdom, hold valid insurance and vehicle documentation, and comply with all applicable laws and licensing authority rules.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Use of the service
The portal allows you to apply as a partner, manage your fleet, receive ride offers, and track earnings. You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with your partner agreement.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to maintain required licences or insurance, or if your continued participation harms the GMH network or its customers.
6. Limitation of liability
GMH provides the portal on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid or payable to you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
