Vehicle requirements
- Executive saloon, estate, or MPV in excellent condition
- Approved colour typically black or dark neutral
- Meets minimum age and roadworthiness standards
- Valid MOT and comprehensive private-hire insurance
- Professionally presented interior and exterior
Driver / chauffeur requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for the required period
- Valid PCO licence or equivalent local authority private-hire licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Professional conduct and presentation standards
- Basic English communication skills
Company requirements
- Registered company or sole-trader structure
- Valid business insurance where applicable
- Compliance with local licensing authority rules
- Ability to provide VAT number and company registration number if required
